Story: Birthday Wish App

 Birthday Wish App

"You got to check out this new app," Brad said as he entered the family room where his older brother of two years was playing video games. "It can change people and I'm gonna use it to give Mia big tits."

Joel didn't bother to look away from his game. He was used to his brother's weird comments. He'd hoped Brad would've grown out of it once he'd graduated high school last summer, but no luck. "There's like a million AI programs that will do shit like that."

Joel Watkins, recent recipient of an Associates of Arts degree from Spencer Community College

"This is different, dude. It actually works."

"What do you mean? Works better than the others? You don't even need AI to alter a photo of a woman to make it look like she has bigger breasts. I really hope you didn't spend any money on that thing."

Brad sat down on the couch next to Joel. "Works as in actually make Mia's tits bigger. I'm giving her D cups for her birthday. She said that she'd finally go on a date with me if I did."

"Good luck with that." Joel didn't believe Brad for a second. "Now leave me alone, I'm about to level."

"Can I borrow your car later today?"

"No," Joel said quickly. "I'm going to need it."

"Well, can you at least drive me to Funland Palace at two?"

Joel paused his game to glare at his brother. "You really need to get your own car."

"I know. But will you take me, please?"

"Why do you want to go there? And what are you going to give me in return?"

"It's for Mia. She's having her party there and the app only works when it's someone's birthday. I don't know why. I'll send you a copy of the app if you take me. It's invite only. But I'll need to borrow your car for my date with MIa."

"Fine, but the app has to actually work and you have to leave me alone until it's time to go," Joel said as he un-paused his game.

Three hours later, Joel and Brad were at the Putt-Putt Emporium looking for the birthday girl, Mia. It had been many years since he'd been to the amusement center, but he'd been to it many times in his youth. In addition to the miniature golf course, the place had batting cages, a pizza parlor and a huge arcade. They finally found her on the miniature golf course with a group of late teen girls. As soon as she saw them she broke away from her group of friends and joined them.

"Thanks for coming to my birthday party, Brad," Mia said. "I'm so glad you came too, Joel. It's been forever since I've seen you in person. Everybody's having so much fun today. Just tell the guy at the counter that you're with my group and everything is pretty much free."

"Are you ready for your birthday present?" Brad said.

"I'm not sure it's really a present if it has strings attached," Mia said, frowning. "Birthday presents are supposed to be free."

"It is free. Dinner will be free for you too. It's like a double present. I'm taking you to that new sushi place for our date and then I'll drive us up to the overlook. It's supposed to be really romantic up there."

"Oh, you are, are you?" Mia said. "I'm still wearing an A cup bra. You promised me D's remember. First things first."

"It's gonna happen." Brad whipped out his phone. "I just need to take your picture."

"That's it?" Mia asked. "How long does it take?"

Brad shrugged. "I've never used it before."

"I don't know who is the bigger idiot. Me or you." Mia walked away in a huff.

Mia, wondering why she believed Brad's bullshit once again.

"I don't think you're getting that date," Joel said as he punched his brother in the arm.

"It takes time for the magic to happen. Depending on the size of the wish it can take a few seconds or even days to work.

They headed to the arcade to waste time, figuring that if the wish app actually worked Mia would let them know. They'd only managed to play one game before Mia suddenly appeared, with a smile like she'd just won the lottery.

Mia's a true believer.

"Oh my god, it worked! Thank you so much!" Mia threw her arms around Brad and kissed his cheek several times.

"You're welcome," Brad said, blushing. "So you'll go on that date with me."

"Hell yes! But I want you to drive us to the overlook first. It's really secluded there and I want to thank you properly. We can get sushi after we've worked up an appetite."

"That sounds awesome." Brad had a smile almost as big as Mia's

"Not to seem ungrateful or anything, but why doesn't anyone else notice? Everyone thought I'd lost my mind when I suddenly got super excited. They acted like I've had big boobs for years."

"Only people who know about the app and the wish will notice a difference. To everyone else, you grew big breasts when you went through puberty. If you tell someone about what happened then they'll start to remember the way things used to be." Brad shrugged. "Or at least that's what the FAQ on the app said."

Mia put her arms around his neck. "Well, thank you and I can't wait for our date." She kissed him on the lips this time. "I should get back to my golf game." She spun around and then hurried out of the arcade.

"Well fuck me. The thing actually works," Joel said.

As they drove home, Brad told his brother more about the app.

"It only works on someone's birthday. You can write up the parameters of the wish for them ahead of time, but you can only activate the wish after taking a picture of them and it has to be within thirty seconds of taking the photo."

"Mia looked different and not just the tits. Her face was different. She looked similar, like she was related to Mia, like maybe a sister. I knew it was her, but she was way prettier than before."

"Yeah, the app works by finding a different version of the person where the parameters of the wish are true for them."

"You mean like alternate realities?" Brad asked.

"Not really, because everyone else stays the same. This Mia is the same, but with genes that include having bigger tits. Maybe that included genes that made her prettier. Whatever the wish, you gotta be careful. Wish too big and their whole life could change. Think about it. If Mia had wished to be a professional dancer, then even if she had the talent for it, her past would change to include years of dance class. She'd probably have different friends. We might never have even met."

"Are there limits to the size of the wish?"

"The app recommends keeping the wish small or it can take days to grant and may not even happen all at once," Brad said. "It's also supposed to be about the birthday person, so no wishing for world peace or something about yourself."

Joel knew at that moment he was going to use the app on Hailey. He'd had a huge crush on her in high school and they'd even gone out on a date once, but it hadn't gone well. They'd gone up to the point and he'd moved too fast for her. He tried apologizing, but she got really mad and wouldn't return any of his texts after that.

Hailey had a birthday coming up and he was going to use the app to grant her a wish and get a second chance with his crush.

***

Several weeks later it was Hailey's birthday and she was enjoying herself. It was a beautiful day. She was surrounded by family and friends. And now that she was 21 her trust fund had kicked in. Not that she needed the money. She still lived with her parents in their giant home and they paid for everything. They had lots of money and loved spending it on their only child.

Hailey loved her dad, but wished he would finally put the camera down.

She was currently attending university with plans to become a doctor like her mother. Not that she needed to. Her parents weren't forcing her and the money from her grandparent's trust would allow her to live frugally without a job. She wanted to live a life that contributed to society.

Her mood turned sour when Joel suddenly appeared in her backyard.

"What are you doing here?, she asked, curtly. "I'm pretty sure that you weren't invited."

"I'm sorry for crashing and I won't stay, if that's what you want. I wanted to wish you a happy birthday in person."

"Okay. You've done it. You can leave now."

"Is everything alright, princess?" Her father had stood up. He had been sitting at a table with his wife, Hailey's mother, about twenty feet away.

"Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Jameson. I'm leaving. Just saying 'Happy Birthday'."

Mr. Jameson didn't reply. He crossed his arms and scowled at Joel.

"I want to give you a present. It's really special…"

"Just leave," she said in a terse whisper. "If you don't go right now, my father will force you to leave."

Joel took a picture of Hailey and then, as he walked away, he began typing. To himself he said, "You don't want to make a wish, then I'll make one for you. Say goodbye to the posh life, bitch!"

As soon as Joel hit the submit button, he stumbled. It felt like the ground had suddenly shifted a couple feet to the right. At first he thought of an earthquake, but it was over immediately. He was pretty sure those things lasted more than a half second.

Joel hadn't been gone for more than five minutes when Mrs. Jameson requested that Hailey change her clothes and then meet at the front door.

"Your mother and I have a very special present for you today," Hailey's father said when she came back downstairs. "It might be a bit of a shock given our attitudes about these things in the past, but we know how much you've always wanted one, and now that you're old enough to buy alcohol we decided that you're old enough to drive whatever kind of vehicle you want."

"Oh my God. You didn't have to buy me another present. The diamond tennis bracelet was enough, really." Hailey kept a smile on her face since they had guests in the house, but she had no idea what her dad was talking about. They'd already bought her a BMW for graduation and they'd let her pick out all of its features. The thing had less than twenty thousand miles on it.

They made her close her eyes before they'd open the front door and then they guided her toward the driveway.

"Surprise!" Both her parents said in unison.

Hailey was speechless. Sitting in the driveway was a motorcycle. She was pretty sure it was the intended present because it had a giant red bow on it. Not only did her mother think they were death on two wheels and being a surgeon she'd seen first hand what pavement does to a body at 60 miles an hour. But Hailey had never asked for one. Why did her parents think she had?

For the girl who has everything, even if she doesn't actually want one.

"Well, say something," her mother said after about thirty seconds.

"Thank you!" Hailey smiled big and gave both of her parents a hug.

"Well, take it for a spin." Her father dangled the key in front of her.

"Um, okay." Hailey had never sat on a motorcycle and up until that moment had never been tempted to do so. Besides not wanting to seem ungrateful in front of the party guests, she was suddenly curious what riding a motorcycle would feel like.

She swung her leg over the bike, turned the key in the ignition and then pushed forward with her feet, bringing the motorcycle off the center stand and onto both wheels. Before she could change her mind she cranked the throttle and was riding off the driveway and onto the street.

It was love at first ride

***

Joel didn't go home right away. Instead he went and saw a movie. Seeing a film in the theater had a calming effect on him. He was quite annoyed over the encounter with Hailey and wanted to delay seeing Brad and having to explain that he'd failed where his brother had succeeded. When the film was finally over he saw that he had quite a few texts from his parents and his brother.

His parents wanted to know when he'd be home whereas Brad wanted to know what he'd done with the app. His text was in all caps followed by a dozen exclamation points.

They were all waiting for him in the driveway when he arrived home, along with a motorcycle with a large pink bow on it.

Surprise!

Joel was almost as surprised as Hailey at having received a motorcycle as a present. His parents hadn't been as against them as much as Hailey's parents, but his parents couldn't afford such a lavish gift and besides, it wasn't even his birthday.

"We felt like doing something extra special for you," his dad explained.

Joel didn't press the issue or why they'd put a pink bow on the bike instead of pretty much any other color. He gave them hugs and thanked them profusely.

"What the fuck did you do?" Brad asked as soon as they were alone together. "Why did both you and Hailey get motorcycles today? Please tell me she wished for that."

"How do you know she got a motorcycle today?" Joel still found it hard to believe that the app actually granted wishes, even after seeing Mia's transformation. He'd grown up thinking that magic only happened in fairytales, but now there was proof it actually existed in the real world.

"She posted this online about an hour ago." Brad held out his phone. "Did she wish for a motorcycle?"

Posted on Instagram while Joel was watching a movie

"Not exactly. She wouldn't even talk to me. I barely had time to say 'Happy Birthday' before she was telling me to leave. It was a real shit show."

"Please tell me you didn't use the app on her without her permission. You did, didn't you. I told you that you have to get permission, that's like the number one rule."

"You didn't say anything about getting permission." Joel was starting to get mad. He hated getting lectured by his younger brother.

"I said that she needed to make the wish, didn't I? That's practically the same thing." He pointed at the motorcycle in the driveway. "Tell me this, when you made the wish for Hailey, did you wish for both of you to own motorcycles?"

"No. What does it matter? I got a free motorcycle and she's going to get payback for cutting me out of her life. It's win-win."

Brad grabbed Joel by the shoulders. "Dude, you don't understand. You're incorporated in the wish now. Whatever happens to her is going to happen to you."

Joel frowned. "Like, how incorporated? What do you mean, exactly?"

"Fuck if I know. The FAQ just says 'incorporated' and don't do it. It doesn't go into specifics."

Joel chewed his lip for a moment. "That could be bad. Is there any way to stop the wish?"

Brad started tapping away on his phone. "It says that you can cancel the wish but you both need to approve it within 72 hours of activation. You really should read the FAQ."

Joel whipped out his phone and made a call. "Shit, she's not answering. Do you think she's gone back home by now?"

"You know here better than I do. Where do you think she would go?"

Joel thought for a moment. "I don't know, the library, maybe?

"Hold on. This might help," Brad said. "It just popped up on her feed. Ever seen this place before?"

Joel studied the image. There was something familiar about it, not that he knew why. He'd never been to a place like that. Why did it feel like a great place to hangout?

"I have a feeling that it's off highway 97, about a hundred miles west of here, but I'm not sure why I think that. I've never seen the place before in my life. Yet, I can almost picture the interior."

"It's probably the wish," Brad said. "I bet you anything that it will lead you there, just like it did Hailey. I seriously doubt she would've gone to a biker bar before you made that wish for her."

Joel didn't waste any time. He got on his bike and started heading west. Just like Haliey, he instantly knew how to operate a motorcycle the moment he sat down on it. As he rode to find Hailey and stop the wish he did not notice that his t-shirt had changed.

***

It took Hailey a bit of time to work up her courage before she entered the loud, smokey bar. She wanted to start her bike and head home, but she couldn't bring herself to turn the key in the ignition. This was so unlike her. She didn't go to bars, certainly not sketchy looking bars over a hundred miles from home in the middle of nowhere and she definitely didn't enter a drinking establishment by herself. Yet, she felt compelled to do so.

Eventually she entered. The harsh smell of secondhand cigarette and cigar smoke assaulted her as soon as she stepped through the front door. She was pretty sure that it was against the law to smoke in bars, not that the clientele cared. The men were large, tattooed and very scary looking. The cops were probably too afraid to enter the place.

Despite the acrid smell and the loud aggressive music, she took a seat at the bar and ordered a beer. The words just spilled out of her mouth. She didn't like beer. It was disgusting. She wasn't a fan of alcohol in general, just the smell of beer was enough to turn her stomach normally.

Before that bartender could grab a glass to pour her drink, she changed the order to a virgin screwdriver.

"So you want orange juice?" The bartender scowled at her.

"Yes, please."

Screwdriver = vodka and orange juice. Virgin screwdriver = orange juice

As she sipped her drink, Hailey looked around, careful not to make eye contact with anyone for fear they might take it as an invitation to approach her. Thankfully, no one bothered her. The place wasn't nearly as scary as it had been when she first entered. The bikers were loud, but they seemed to be in happy moods. The smoke, which permeated the place, no longer bothered her. The music, the kind her father called "classic rock", was even starting to sound good. She normally listened to the type of music a lot of young women her age listened to; predominantly Taylor Swift.

About the time she noticed that she was now wearing a black leather jacket, Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Free Bird" started playing on the jukebox. Instead of freaking out that the clothing on her body had mysteriously changed without her being aware, she started to sing along. It was the extended version of the song and she absolutely loved it. It was one of her all time favorites despite this being the first time she'd actually ever heard the song. As soon as Allen Collins launched into his lengthy guitar solo, she leapt to her feet and started dancing.

Despite the lyrics, this bird was definitely going to change.

No one bothered Hailey as she danced. There were a few appreciative glances. The men and women in the bar knew a kindred spirit when they saw one and they'd let her make the first move when it came to partying together. She'd join them when she was ready. As soon as "Free Bird" ended, ZZ Top started playing. "La Grange" was quickly followed by "Tush". She kept dancing and was having the time of her life.

Hailey's mood crashed suddenly when she spotted Joel.

Joel did freak out when a leather jacket appeared on his body. He'd almost crashed his bike.

"What the heck are you doing here? Are you stalking me?" Hailey shouted. "Was I unclear at my house?"

"I need to talk to you. There's this app and I…" Joel started to say.

"GET AWAY FROM ME!" Hailey shouted.

"You need to listen to me!" Joel grabbed her arm, but she twisted out of his grip.

A deep booming voice said loud enough for all to hear, "You need to turn around and walk out of here before you're carried out on a stretcher." The man who spoke was well over six feet tall and looked strong enough to bend a metal pipe with his bare hands.

Gus "Bruiser" Tate, professional ass kicker.

Bruiser glared at Joel's back as the smaller man slinked toward the exit. Once Joel was out of sight, he turned to Hailey. "Let me know if he bothers you again. In the meantime, let me buy you a drink."

"That isn't necessary."

"We protect our own here. You put on quite a show on the dance floor. Lynyrd and ZZ never sounded so good. Getting you something to wet your whistle is only right. I'm Bruiser and you are…"

She extended her hand. "It's nice to meet you, Bruiser. I'm Hailey." She looked him over as they shook hands. She'd always gravitated towards guys like Joel in the past, clean cut, straight laced. She was finding Bruiser's tattoos and dark leather attire quite appealing.  "I'd like a beer, something on tap."

"Coming right up. I'm putting more money in the jukebox. Any requests?"

"Allman Brothers, please."

Love at first sip.

Hailey ordered another beer as soon as she tasted the first one. She asked for a different brand, but let the bartender choose which kind. She told him to keep them coming, a different type of beer each time. It was her intention to become a connoisseur as quickly as possible.

She alternated between dancing and drinking for the rest of the night. She talked to Bruiser for a while. He belonged to a motorcycle club called the "Freedom Riders". He introduced her to several of the members as well as several non-members too. He seemed to know everyone in the bar. She bought several rounds for the people in the bar and even danced with a few of the other patrons at different points in the evening. It was an amazing night and it was so unlike her.

She was aware that something strange and possibly supernatural was happening. Leather jackets didn't suddenly appear on people's bodies in the normal world. Young women who loved sipping tea and discussing Jane Austin didn't suddenly become beer drinkers who danced to southern rock classics with tattooed outlaw bikers. And then there was the cigarettes. She'd noticed them in her jacket pocket about halfway through the evening. That didn't disturb her nearly as much as her desire to smoke one. She didn't smoke! She'd never had the slightest desire to touch a cigarette in her life. Now it was all she could do not to light one up. All the secondhand smoke made her want to smoke all the more. Yet she didn't want to leave. She was having the time of her life.

She didn't have any trouble riding her bike when the bar closed for the night. The motorcycle was like an extension of herself and she could ride it blindfolded.

Her mother was waiting for her when she arrived home and she was quite annoyed.

"How many times have I asked you to call if you're going to be out late?"

Hailey didn't answer at first. Not out of defiance, but she was surprised by the question at first. Hailey never stayed out late at night and in her mind this was the first time. Her mother had never told her to call if she was going to be out late. But then memories of late night parties throughout high school and beyond filtered into her mind.

"Don't bother answering. We both know that the number is too high to count. I'm much more concerned about your drinking and driving. You promised after your father made that DUI arrest disappear last year that you'd never do it again."

"Whatever," Hailey said automatically. At first she wanted to take it back, but after a few seconds that desire faded. She was an adult and if she wanted to stay out late drinking that was her own fucking business.

"Don't give me any attitude, young lady. You are on very thin ice. If you want to continue to live under this roof you will obey your father and me. Is that clear?"

"Crystal." Hailey rolled her eyes.

"When, exactly, did you start smoking? Do you care nothing for your body?"

"I don't smoke. Mother."

"You smell like an ashtray and I can see the pack of cigarettes peeking out of your jacket pocket. Do you take me for some kind of idiot?"

"Do you really want me to answer that question?" Hailey said with a snarl. "I don't think you'll like the answer."

"Go to your room. You're grounded!"

Hailey let out a loud laugh as she headed up the stairs to her bedroom.

She wasn't surprised by the changes to her bedroom. Not after everything that had happened to her that day. It no longer looked like a pink princess emporium. It was painted black and there were posters of rock bands on the walls. It fit her current mood quite well.

Her clothing had changed too. There was lots of dark leather in her closet and black lace in her underwear drawer. She slipped out of her clothes and into a sheer black nightgown. It made her feel sexy and desirable. She crawled into bed, but couldn't sleep. She still wanted a cigarette desperately. It was so unfair. She'd fought the urge to smoke all night and then her mom accuses her of smoking anyway. What a bitch. If her parents were going to think she was a smoker, who was she to disappoint them?

She fetched the pack from her jacket and lit up. Relief poured into her body as soon as the smoke hit her lungs. She held it for several seconds and then blew out the smoke with a sigh. With that one drag she knew that she was now a smoker. There was no way she would be putting herself through the hell of withdrawals tomorrow. Her parents already believed she was a smoker so there was no point in hiding it or making herself miserable.

She noticed a couple new additions to the room. There was an ashtray on her nightstand and a glass case holding several bottles of booze where her vanity had once stood. She grabbed a bottle of Jack Daniels and took a large swig and then sat back down on her bed, smoking and drinking.

"What the fuck was happening to me?" She asked herself.

In one day she'd gone from pre-med, straight-as-an-arrow, good girl who never so much as said a curse word and now she was riding a motorcycle, hanging out with bikers, drinking hard alcohol and smoking cigarettes. It had all started after Joel had shown up. It must have something to do with that asshole. She found her phone and sent him a text message, telling him to meet her at the biker bar the following afternoon. She didn't get a reply, but then again, it was almost three in the morning. She finished her cigarette and then crawled into bed and fell asleep.

***

Hailey slept in until noon the following day. It was the first time she'd slept past seven in the morning in years. As soon as she sat up, she reached for her cigarettes and lit up automatically. The first one of the day was always the best. Her parents didn't like her smoking in the house, but if she only smoked in her bedroom they didn't complain too much. She shook her head. That wasn't right. She'd only started smoking yesterday night. Why did she have memories of starting in high school? Her brain was pretty fuzzy, but it was working well enough to let her know that she needed to hurry up and get dressed.

She left the house without saying goodbye to her parents and drove straight to the biker bar. Joel would be showing up in a couple hours and she needed to get her head straight. At the moment it was pounding from a sizable hangover, but she knew that a little hair of the dog would set her straight in no time.

***

She held up two fingers as she walked into the bar. "Get me two whiskeys straight, Hank. I don't care what kind, just as long as they ain't mother fucking Jack Daniels." Her stomach twisted just at the mention of the cause of her hangover.

She downed a Jim Beam and a Johnnie Walker and then followed them up with another pair. After that her headache was gone and her mood had drastically improved. "You Shook Me All Night Long" started playing and she was up on her feet, singing along.

She was still dancing when Joel arrived, wearing an outfit very similar to her own, black t-shirt along with black leather jacket and jeans. Unlike Hailey, Joel had not dressed like that when he'd left the house. But by the time he'd arrived at the bar, his clothes had changed into his current attire.

"What the fuck did you do to me?" Hailey said. She grabbed his arm and dragged him toward the bar. She needed another drink.

"There's this app and it grants a wish for a person on their birthday…" Joel began.

"I did not wish for any of this. I've never wanted to ride a motorcycle or do half of the other things I ended up doing last night."

"I know you're mad and you have every right to be. I messed up big time. I got mad when you wouldn't talk to me yesterday and I made a wish for you. It was an impulse. I'm sorry. I'm an idiot. But it's not permanent. We can undo the wish."

Hailey's eyes narrowed. "What exactly did you wish for and why are you dressed in black leather like me?"

"I'm tangled up in the wish," Joel said. "What's happening to you is happening to me too. I tried to wear something different, but whatever I wear changes into something like this. Just like you, I rode here on a motorcycle that my parents bought me out of the blue."

"You're a fucking asshole. But that's nothing new. The reason I didn't want to talk to you is because you didn't know how to keep your hands to yourself. I liked you, I really did, but I can't like someone who doesn't have respect for other people."

"You're right I was wrong then and I was wrong yesterday."

Hailey crossed her arms. "My whole past is changing. I now have memories of dropping out of high school. I would have a DUI, but apparently my dad arranged to have the charges dropped. All the people I know from college don't know me anymore. All my old contacts disappeared from my phone and some strange ones appeared. Apparently one of them is my weed dealer."

"Let me make it right. If we both agree to cancel the wish then everything will go back to the way it was. It'll be like none of this ever happened."

"Yeah, but it did happen. I did hang out in a biker's bar. I did ride home drunk. I did get into a fight with my mom last night. She now thinks I'm some kind of slacker reprobate. I started smoking cigarettes for fuck's sake."

Joel grimaced. Was that going to happen to him too? Was he going to start drinking and smoking? His parents were already pretty disappointed with his lack of ambition, so that wouldn't be too much of a change for him.

Hailey lit up a cigarette as if to prove a point. "If you want me to help you, you have to do everything I had to do since you made that stupid ass wish. Once you've gone through what I have, then and only then, will I help you out." She blew a lungful of smoke into his face.

Joel coughed, but mostly for show. The smoke didn't really bother him and he knew why. He was becoming acclimated to it like she had. If the wish wasn't cancelled soon, he'd become a smoker too.

"What do you want me to do?" Joel asked.

"You can start by dancing in front of everyone, just like I did."

"Okay no problem."

Joel didn't have Hailey's moves when it came to dancing, but he got into it pretty quick. He'd fallen in love with rock songs from the 70s and 80s too and had listened to them yesterday after he'd gotten back from his trip to the bar. After dancing to a couple of songs, Hailey called him over to the bar.

"Now it's time to drink," Hailey said. "After that you have to smoke a cigarette and I mean really smoke it. Then we'll ride to your house and you can greet your parents smelling like a drunk ashtray."

"Come on," Joel said. "I know you're mad, but let's just end this wish and go back to normal. I learned my lesson and I promise I'll never bother you ever again."

"Get the fuck out!" Hailey said as she pointed to the bar's front door.

"Wait a moment. I didn't say I wouldn't do it. I was just negotiating."

"Too fucking bad. You had a chance and you blew it. Now leave before I get Bruiser to throw you out."

Joel was really pissed at himself as he rode home on his motorcycle. Why didn't he just drink the beer? He'd wanted to drink it. He kind of wanted to try smoking too. He was so stupid sometimes. Just like when he was on that date. He knew he should have asked for permission before he touched her breast. They were kissing and she seemed so into it, he thought she'd like it. But she didn't. She got super pissed and then didn't want to talk to him anymore. He was always fucking everything up. Now what was he going to do?

Maybe it wouldn't be so bad, being an outlaw biker. It certainly hadn't been on his top ten career choices when he'd graduated high school. Not that he was moving very fast toward any of his other career choices. He was a mediocre student at a crappy community college. He'd probably end up working at a shitty job that he hated just like his dad. Riding a motorcycle and belonging to a biker gang would at least be exciting.

***

Joel freaked out when he woke up in the morning wearing a lacy black nighty. Just how entangled was he in the wish he'd made for her? He'd wished she'd be a sexy outlaw biker chick. He'd been okay with becoming an outlaw biker when he thought that he'd become a MALE biker. He had to get the wish cancelled fast!

After begging on the phone for nearly ten minutes, Hailey agreed to give him one more chance. He got on his motorcycle and raced to the bar.

He wasn't sure when his t-shirt had changed into a corset, but he was very happy that it was only his clothing changing. He wasn't thrilled wearing women's clothes. At some point his underwear had become a thong and it was quite uncomfortable, but at least his body hadn't been altered. Unlike Hailey's.

He nearly doubled over in pain when he spotted her and saw the size of her tits. Women's thongs weren't designed to accommodate an erection, neither were the skintight black leather pants he was now wearing.

"Nice corset. It fits you. You never were much of a man," Hailey said. "Thanks for the upgrade on the tits. Old me would've been super pissed, but I like them. The guys can't keep their eyes off them. I haven't had to pay for a drink since I arrived. Speaking of which. Are you ready to man up?"

"Yes. I'll drink whatever you want."

"You don't need to talk about it, just fucking do it already."

As soon as the beer touched his lips, Joel's hair grew at an incredible rate, flowing down his neck. He barely noticed.

"Chug, chug, chug," Hailey shouted. "Drink it all down!"

Joel kept drinking, trying to ignore the pressure he was feeling around his nipples. The top of his corset grew tighter as the flesh on his chest swelled. He was afraid to react, if he did, he might spill his beer and who knew what Hailey would make him do if that happened.

As soon as he finished chugging the beer, Joel looked down and spotted his new body parts. He had a hard time processing that he now had breasts. If he'd been able to see past the D cups on his chest he might have noticed that his lower half had become quite shapely too.

"I have breasts," was all Joel could manage to say.

"You don't need to tell us. Everyone can see them and all of that delicious cleavage you're sporting." Hailey pulled a cigarette from her pack. "You should call them tits though. When your girls are as big as ours, calling them breasts or boobs doesn't do them justice."

Joel knew now that he wasn't going to become a crossdressing biker, the wish app was turning him into a woman. He was going to become a sexy female outlaw biker chick, just like her.

"Will you please agree to cancel the wish now? Don't you think I've been punished enough?" Joel's voice raised in pitch with every word he said.

"Don't you dare try and guilt me. I'm the victim here," Hailey said. "You're the one that groped me, then stalked me, then made a messed up wish that totally fucked up my life. That you got caught up in it and are becoming what you wished for me is true karmic justice."

She held out the cigarette toward him. "Now smoke up before I decide that I like you better as a woman."

"Oh my god! Something's happening between my legs. I think my cock is pulling up into my body! I think I'm going to puke."

"The bathroom is at the back of the bar." Hailey took a hard drag on the cigarette. The anger faded from her face. "Take as long as you need," she said gently. "I'll get us some more beers."

Joel didn't vomit, but he would have preferred that to what did happen. By the time he made it to the toilets he had become a she. At least that eliminated his concern over which door to go through. There was nothing male remaining about him. From his high heeled boots, to the long luscious hair on his head, he was all woman. He stared at himself in the bathroom mirror as jewelry appeared followed by makeup all over his face.

By the time he returned to the bar, Hailey had finished the cigarette. Instead of lighting another one, she led him out of the bar.

"Get on your bike and follow me," She said as soon as they were outside.

Joel knew better than to argue. Any resistance and she was likely to send him home again.

He didn't relish the idea of his brother seeing him in his current state. Even after things went back to normal,  Brad would tease him for the rest of his life if he saw that his older brother was wearing makeup and sporting a pair of D cups.

They rode side by side about a mile down the highway to a rundown roadside motel. The parking lot was almost deserted. Grass sprouted in various cracks in the pavement and there was a rusted pickup truck that looked like it hadn't moved in over a year. Joel waited by the bikes while Hailey went into the office to get a room.

"We're in 211," she said when she exited the office a few minutes later. He followed her up the stairs and to their motel room. She unlocked the door with an actual key and then motioned for him to enter first. The room was musty and stank of stale cigarettes.

"Now that you have tits of your own, we're going to see how you like having them groped. Bruiser volunteered to take care of that. Now I'm going to the bathroom and when I return you better be smoking or else."

Joel considered
bolting from the room as soon as the bathroom door shut. He didn't want to stay female. His body moved in ways he found quite uncomfortable. His chest bobbed and jiggled with every step he took. His ass was stuck out from his backside like a shelf and his arms felt so weak he doubted he could lift a five pound dumbbell. Despite that, he had absolutely no desire to be sexually assaulted by a large horny biker. Bruiser was scary huge. His muscles had muscles.

"Fuck! What the hell am I gonna do?" Joel grabbed a cigarette and lit up. It was the most sensible thing to do at the moment. If he wasn't smoking when Hailey returned then his decision would be made for him. Besides, he'd been aching to smoke ever since the pack had magically appeared in his jacket pocket earlier that day. If it hadn't been for suddenly growing breasts, he would've joined Hailey for a smoke when she'd lit up in the bar.

He began to relax after taking a few drags. The smoke didn't bother him. He didn't feel the need to cough. He'd seen guys take their first drag on a cigarette when he'd been in high school and everyone choked the first time. He pulled the smoke into his body with ease, like it was an old friend.

"I don't care what you do to me," Joel said when Hailey came back into the room. "I deserve to be assaulted. I deserve worse than that for messing with your life. I've been a complete asshole. Do whatever you want me to do. Anything."

"Thank you. I appreciate that," Hailey said. "I have a confession to make. Bruiser isn't coming. He told me he wants to fuck you, but I didn't tell him where we were going." She sat down on the bed. "Truth is, I haven't been honest with you or anyone else for that matter. I liked you before that disastrous first date and I was super pissed that you touched my tits without asking, but the real reason I didn't want to date you again was because I was no longer sure that I wanted to date a guy. Any guy."

"What are you saying?"

"I'm saying that seeing you change into a woman has been a huge fucking turn on. I realize that I like women. I'm a lesbian. I can finally admit it to myself."

"Holy shit!" Joel looked down at himself and then back up at Hailey. "You know, I guess I'm a lesbian too. I haven't suddenly started liking guys just because I've turned into a woman. I'm still totally into you. Even with all the tattoos and the cursing."

"Shut up and kiss me, bitch."

Hailey and Joel made out for several minutes while exploring each other's bodies with their hands. As soon as she started caressing his tits, he reached up and touched hers. She didn't pull away. She placed her hand on his, encouraging him. He grew bolder and gave them a proper squeeze. She moaned into his mouth and then went back to massaging his breasts. Her touch was exquisite. It didn't take long for him to feel a strange wet sensation down below. It was so different from the tightening sensation when his cock would get hard.

They paused to remove each other's corsets, which was so much more difficult than removing a woman's bra. But what they did for the figure and all that cleavage, it was worth the hassle.

Once his breasts were free he discovered the joy of having his nipples sucked and nibbled. The wet sensation in his pussy was back and in overdrive. His whole body was getting into it. His old nipples had never felt like this. Guys really got the short end of the stick in that department. He was beginning to love having tits too. It was kind of wonderful having so much more up top. They looked amazing in the right clothes and even better without. And they felt magnificent when lavished by a talented lover.

Joel stopped thinking of himself as a 'he' once Hailey's attention made its way to his new pussy. He'd never felt that way as a man. His cock had never felt that good, not even close, not even on the rare occasion when it had been buried balls deep inside of a woman's pussy. As soon as the inevitable orgasm exploded within his body, he shrieked, "I love being a woman!" From that moment on Joel thought of herself as a "she'.

Once the ripples of pleasure subsided she rolled Hailey onto her back and returned the favor. She'd performed oral sex on a woman before, but now that she had a pussy of her own, she had a few new ideas on how to pleasure a female lover with her mouth and hands. Hailey was writhing and screaming in pleasure many times before the night was over. They both were. A couple of times, simultaneously.

The following morning Joel woke to a not so gentle shaking.

"Get up bitch," Hailey said as she shoved Joel once again. "We have to be out of the room in a few minutes or they're gonna charge us for another day."

"Hand me a cigarette."

"You can have a smoke once you're dressed. Damn you're a deep sleeper. I've been trying to wake you forever."

Joel sat up. Hailey was already dressed. Like the day before she was wearing all black, but instead of a corset she wore a cotton camisole that barely contained her tits. Her jacket was now a vest and her hair was pulled back tight into a ponytail with a couple of black elastic bands.

"Fuck, I don't think I can make it that long. I'm dying for a smoke." Joel slipped out of bed and began searching for her clothes.

"Here, you can have mine." Hailey handed over a half smoked cigarette. "You'll find your clothes in the dresser. Yours changed too. That wish of yours is weird, It keeps giving me new clothes everyday. Makes for light travel."

Joel took back to back drags on the cigarette. "Fuck, I needed that." Smoke poured out of her mouth as she spoke.

"How much time do we have to cancel that wish?" Hailey asked as she walked to the motel room door.

"72 hours from when I left your party, " Joel said. "Where are you going?"

"To the office to turn in the key, just as soon as you cover yourself, lady."

"I may be a woman, but I ain't no fucking lady. That's for sure."

"You're a nasty slut, just like me." Hailey came back into the room and gave Joel a passionate kiss. "You're a fucking tigress in bed. The things you did to me last night. My body never felt so good. I'm still tingling."

"You sure you don't want to skip check out and fuck some more?" Joel nibbled Hailey's earlobe.

"Yes, but I don't think we have that kind of time. We're going to hit the time limit in about an hour."

"Fuck!" Joel pulled her mouth away from Hailey's neck. "I want to spend more time with you. Being a woman feels so natural now. I even have memories of being a girl. I remember being a guy too, but the girl memories feel more real at the moment. Like I dreamed I was a guy."

"I know what you mean. It's getting hard to remember going to college." Hailey gave Joel a swat on her luscious ass. "Get dressed and meet me by the bikes. There's a diner less than a mile down the road. We can talk more there."

Twenty minutes later they were seated in a roadside diner. Neither were very hungry so they drank coffee and smoked cigarettes. Despite it being illegal to smoke inside restaurants, no one gave them any grief.

"I'm ready to cancel the wish," Hailey said. "Just so you know, I'm not pissed at you anymore. I've had fun being a biker chick and last night was fucking spectacular."

"It was so good, I'm not sure I want to give it up."

"What are you saying?" Hailey's eyes grew wide. "You want to stay female?"

"I consider myself a woman now. It's starting to seem strange to even think of myself as a man." Joel caressed Haily's hand. "You showed me how glorious a woman's body can feel. I want you to show that to me again and again."

"I'd love that too! I don't want to lose you. I don't want to lose us. I wish I could feel this way if you were a man again, but we both know that isn't possible."

"I'm concerned about you though," Joel said. "You wanted to be a doctor. You wanted to make the world a better place. How are you going to do that as an outlaw biker chick?"

Hailey grinned. "I've been thinking about that. You didn't wish for which particular laws we'd break, did you?"

Joel frowned. "No, does that matter?"

"There are plenty of laws that should be broken. For starters, how about the draconian abortion laws some states are passing? I'd think it would be pretty badass if we helped young women break some of those laws. I'm sure there are a few other laws we could break that help out the less fortunate."

"Fuck yeah. I'm going to need a new name. We're going to need a club name too. What kind of bikers would we be without a badass biker gang name."

"And nicknames. We need cool nicknames. Let's order some food. We can brainstorm while we eat."

Jolene "Karma" Watkins and Hailey "Hornet" Jameson exited the diner an hour later. The words "Free Birds" were embroidered on the back of their leather vests.

They rode down the highway, side by side, without a destination in mind, only a purpose, to do whatever the fuck they wanted. If they could help out some misfortunate soul along the way, all the better.

  2. I'm happy you liked it. I'm not sure if I will do another AI image story or not. I might try doing an illustrated story using Daz next.
